Do I need to strip the copper wire myself?
No, you don’t have to. We buy Insulated Copper Cable exactly as it is. However, stripped “bright and shiny” copper wire generally fetches a higher price per kilogram. If you don’t have time to strip it, bring it in as-is, and we will still give you a competitive competitive market rate.

What do I need to bring with me?
To comply with NSW regulations, you must provide a valid Photo ID (such as a current Driver’s License) when selling scrap metal. If you are driving into our Marrickville yard, we may also record your vehicle registration.
